Reggie Vantrease is a Sports Performance & Personal Trainer. Reggie attended Lewis University and majored in Sports Management (concentration in Exercise Science) & Business Administration. Since his start in the industry back in 2010, Reggie has worked with over 2,000 athletes from various age groups and ability levels; this ranges from youth athletes to the professional ranks in 15 different sports.

Personal Trainer Ryder Johnson

Ryder Johnson is a NASM-certified Personal Trainer and the Head Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Chicago Select/Illinois Hitmen Organization, where he also coaches a summer team. Ryder played in the program from 10U through 18U before earning his certifications and joining the coaching staff.

Growing up with parents who were highly certified in various areas of fitness, Ryder has always been surrounded by training, performance, and athletic development. His passion is helping young athletes build a strong foundation in the weight room while developing proper movement patterns, teaching them fundamental techniques that prepare them for long-term success. For high-school athletes, Ryder focuses on advanced strength development and preparing them for the demands of competitive sport.

As a current college baseball player, Ryder brings firsthand experience and knowledge of what it takes to reach the next level—both physically and mentally. His mission is to guide athletes toward their highest potential through smart training, discipline, and consistency.
